Randy Wooley, the visionary founder of 4 Star Roofing Inc (formerly Fore Star Roofing), honed his craft through Local 36 in Los Angeles, showcasing his expertise in landmark projects such as Camp Pendleton, UCLA, Beverly Hilton, Holiday Inns, and the Ventura County Courthouse. In 1987, Randy established 4 Star Roofing in the Coachella Valley, collaborating with leading general contractors on bespoke homes, infrastructure, and commercial properties. Notable local achievements include The Desert Rose Project, Montecito in Palm Desert, The Ridgeview Estates in Rancho Mirage, and SunX homes in Cathedral City.

4 Star Roofing preformed repairs on several areas of our roof that required a lot of troubleshooting. Wesley and his team did an excellent job of finding and resolving all of the issues. He documented every step with photographs and provided us with all the details of the project. He coordinated with the solar company and went above and beyond when unforeseen circumstances arose. 4 Star is going to be our Roofing company for any and all future projects.
